I love doing food photography...
When I think about my work, it's usually in terms of light, shadows, contrast, lines, shapes, forms, composition, etc. etc. And then I see a Cheff work and see how he/she thinks in completely different terms, savory, tart, salty, sweet, spicy, etc, etc.... it amazes me! And they do all this wonderful work to be enjoyed in just a few ephemeral minutes. All that knowledge, all that hard work, all the time spend perfecting and mastering their craft... Only to start the process all over again, without looking back, getting better and better at their passion. One bite at a time. True artists.
